A fine quality eight light cut-glass chandelier by F&C Osler of Birmingham the main baluster shaped stem centred by eight drop hung rope twist reverse crooks these with flute cut collars and six sided spires the stem terminating with small swaged Shepherd crooks and trumpet shaped stem piece the main container supporting eight rope twist candle arms with drop hung drip pans these divided by upper arms with flute cut collars and triangular spires the chandelier richly draped with half back round spangles and tear drops and faceted tapered balls drops unique to F&C Osler.
