A HIGHLY IMPORTANT SET OF FOUR CUT- GLASS WALL LIGHTS BY F&C OSLER OF BIRMINGHAM

A highly important set of four cut-glass silver plated wall lights by F&C OSLER. The central arm plate supporting five thumb cut candle arms arranged on three different levels these arms surmounted with flat diamond cut drip pans and egg shaped candle nozzles. The arm plate surmounted by a richly cut container terminating with a arrow head finial. The wall lights supported on a round, slivered-brass back plate ( stamped F&C OSLER) this back covered with a richly cut glass dome. The wall lights all of the finest quality and richly draped with flat back round spangles and pear shaped finial drops. Wall light of this size and quality are extremely rare the maker (F&C OSLER) made some of the most impressive cut glass items ever made these included glass furniture, chandeliers and many other items in Royal collections.
