The main baluster stem is unusual with two upper receiver bowls, issuing two tiers of drop hung, rope twist crooks. A drop hung stem pan cascades to twenty four rope twist candle arms, these supporting drop hung drip pans and candle nozzles impressed with chrysanthemum petals. These issue from a mitre cut receiver bowl with lower canopy and lapidary cut finial. The chandelier richly draped with double pointed spangles and pear shaped finial drops.
