An important pair of gilt lacquered and bronzed twin branch candelabra of unusual design the finely decorated square wasted bases surmounted by a bronzed figure of an old man resting upon his walking stick as a serpent coils around him this figure supporting finely chased twin candelabra branches with bronzed drop hung umbrella sprays and diamond cut, flat top glass candle nozzles the candelabra centred by a drop hung spray and a bronzed mounted diamond cut glass pineapple the candelabra hung with eight sided spangles and capped round icicle drops.
