A FINE EARLY VICTORIAN CHANDELIER

A fine quality early Victorian eight light cut glass and silvered mounted chandelier of classic tent and waterfall design the stem consisting of chains of rule drop tent pieces and spangles above which there are two drop hung dishes terminating with a trumpet shaped top piece. The main ring issuing eight unusual leaf cut candle arms supporting drop hung scalloped drip pans and scalloped candle nozzles, the main ring supporting flower rosettes below these the waterfall is made up of concentric rings hung with rule drops and eight sided spangles terminating with a lapidary cut finial.
